Also get in touch with the independent living centers in Idaho.  My Idaho
geography is lousy, so I'm not sure what's closest to Challis.

I'm a little hesitant to recommend it, but the Idaho AT project should have
a low/no interest loan program for the purchase of adaptive equipment, as a
stroller may not be covered by insurance.  The IL center should also have
info on this.
