Mary is having problems with fatigue and how long she attends school.  She is also at a very early first grade level and just finishing second grade.    Functionally and mentally a group of specialists and therapist puts at 6.5 to seven years of age for academic and physical, social function but even lower in some individual areas all because of her stroke at birth.   Mary has been identified as needing to learn with books on tape, video and computer voice software, not by a lot of reading and writing due to the area of brain damage mental stress.. this is to make her academically efficient without making her brain work overtime to function.  The school doesn't seem to want to hear that.  Tachycardia is a rapid heart beat.
