Snopes says that when he claims to have "invented" the internet, he was
talking about how he took legislative and economic initiative to boost the
development of it. I wonder if there's a Snopes for Snopes.
I will indeed look for a communications evaluator. The things I learn. Had I
known listservs were around for so long I would have barged in here LONG
ago.
