Nope pay backs are still long, they have to be because of the cost of
college now and days in relation to the amount of expected return and
salaries.  What change was how the loans were handled.  I'd have to look up
the specifics but, definitely fees for the loans origination has increased
and the loans are allowed to be sold off quicker.
