I don't know, but I think there's a good chance that it would.
Maybe others on the list can speak to that.
All I know is I'm glad to get rid of those anoying greater than signs in
e-mails that I forward.
I really can't understand why they were there in the first place. (grin)

it is possible to do in Outlook Express.

in the send tab under plain text settings you will find a check box which
says indent the original text with when that box is checked, you will see a
combo box and the default appears to be the greater than sign. uncheck that
box and that should clear up the greater sign issue.
