Echolik is a program you can download on your computer and talk to hams all
over the world.  You have to register and they research your license to make
sure you are a ham.  There are instructions on the website www.echolink.com
I think it is, as you have to set certain ports for its use.  73, Barb

Hello to all,
as some of you know, I got away from Amateur radio for several years and
just got back in the hobby this year.  So I am going to ask a question that
you all will probably think where is this guy been?
what is echolink?  does it opperate like packet?
