I did 1 of mine but I can't remember now, I think there's a diode on the 
front board, the one behind the front panel, but it's been so long I don't 
remember. That was 1 of those I had someone show me where it was and I did 
the mod. Same deal with my TS-940 when I had that, I did that one myself.
