I have homeschooled before successfully then let my kids return to public
school at their choosing, and it is o.k. for my two

Part 2 This is after I explained we could all be doing
serious academic, emotional and social harm to Mary by not listening to the
warnings of her various Doctors and therapists!
Part 3
These recommendations are based on both her physical health and the test
results in regards to where her brain is damaged and how her brain
functions. I was told BY WHOM???????Mary's brain struggles to hand write
and to read, but that she could do wonderful with voice recognition,
software, auditory and visual learning. The WHICH tests ?????????????
show she is 6 to 20 times slower hand writing and reading answering written
questions or coping shapes in time
trials then her age group.

The school wants to NEVER allocate money
You must fight each battle TOOTH AND NAIL
to get what is good for mary
If it is detrimental to let her learn
the 3r's in the typical fashion why is the public school so hostile when
there are grants and laws that apply to her situation?
MONIES only money
I would rather homeschool to let her be the best happiest person she can
than to let the "system"
pound a round peg into their square hole!
AND even if you homeschool
I don't know how it works in idaho.........to be compensated for your time
homeschooling? Etc
DOES mary profit from socialization w teachers students happy in school?
Or home?
If Mary's brain may
have to give up speech to keep handwriting I think the school would be a
little
more concerned!
NOT A CHANCE IN HELL
This little girl
struggles to communicate emotions and fit in with her peers all while trying
not to fall and with a constantly racing heart.
TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD
It was explained to me by, yes medical professionals,g-d help us, not
teachers that her brain is working over time just to get through each day so
what is wrong with helping it! :) This little girl still has to see yet more
specialists, will the school say that they shouldn't tell them what to do as
well?
