Hi Tom,
The files came through without a hitch. I had to order the speech from a
different source and not from the party who had the radio. Is the socket
for the speech chip accessible from the top panel or the bottom panel. I
installed the speech chip on my TMV7A, so it shouldn't be that hard. I have
to wait until the speech chip to come in, hopefully on Sat. Will let you
know if I have any more questions. Gary KB2YAA
