COSTA RICA - Gluten Free!

As you may know, the first international GLUTEN FREE adventure to Costa
Rica
organized by Eastern Mountain Sports is happening over this coming
Thanksgiving week. I've been asked along as their celiac
dietitian/consultant. Those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or
an
interest in learning more about both are welcome to come! Swimming,
hiking in the rain forest, kayaking, yummy food, lectures on the gluten
free diet, nutrition and traveling safely, etc.
Info is on: www.emstrek.com and my website:
www.DeletetheWheat.com/upcoming.html.

Disorders" in the upper right corner. This content will remain on the
site
for about a month.
