The next meeting of Alamo Celiac, GIGŪ in Austin is scheduled for July
16th at 7 p.m.
This is our annual summer pot luck dinner. We will meet at Faith
Lutheran Church (6600 Woodrow Ave.) We will be meeting in the
upstairs room, not in the gym. Please bring a gluten-free item to
share. Remember to include a list of ingredients because some of us
need to avoid more than gluten.
Remember, this is a pot luck dinner and I know that the kids would
love it if everyone brought brownies, but we really need a mix of
foods. We need people to bring appetizers, main dishes, side dishes
and desserts. Please be creative.
Remember, if the recipe is either original or has been changed at
least 3 times, please bring the recipe. We can publish these recipes
in the recipe exchange section of our monthly newsletter.
