Dear Nancy,

     I am a recently diag.  C.  S female.  I live in Bettendorf Ia.  and have
lots of family in I.C.  who work for Uof I.  I would love to get more info from
a well informed Celiac.  I'm still trying to figuire out this diet.  I do not
have very severe reactions to gluten so have been consuming some in salad
dressing [vingear].  How big of a risk is that.  Also what about corn flakes?
Some celiacs I know eat them.  Do you?  Also do you know Dr, Murrey at the U.of
I clinic?
