Dear Listmates -
I have no financial interest in these products or any others.
I previously said, in my post, that Ecco Bella products do not contain gluten or parabens. The few products I bought, when I bought them, didn't have any. A friend of mine buys Ecco Bella products and has informed me that several products she bought do contain parabens.
I will call Ecco Bella early this week and get a list of what products do or don't have paraabens. I will post the information to this list.
A lot of people aren't concerned about parabens, but I have to be: I had a squamous cell pre-cancer below one eyebrow - a raised, scaly somewhat darkened area, which was treated with liquid nitrogen i.e. cryosugery.
Apparently parabens have been causing my skin to get a number darker areas, including a lot of discoloration all around the eyes - under the eyebrows, to the sides of the eyes, under the eyes, etc.
For me, it was the parabens, because after a week off of moisturizers and anti-wrinkle products that have parabens, and using a paraben-free moisturizer instead, those areas are getting lighter and my skin looks less discolored. Even my husband noticed the difference.
Vicki
