Hello gluten free dieters!
 
It is so exciting to see our group grow!
 
I hope you are able to make it to the meeting this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.  Here 
are the directions to the school:
 
From Meridian in Puyallup, head east on 152nd St. (Light)
Go all the way  to the end at 122nd Ave. Turn right. (South)
Go a few blocks to 164th St. Ct.  E. Turn left.
Go over several speed "humps". You will see the main drive to  the school on 
your right.
 
The GIG in Auburn has hooked us up, and I have a few food samples and  
information to share with the group!
 
If you have a low cal GF idea, bring it along.
