For the New Year, I decided to reinvest in projects that fell by the wayside
during the past year. My New Year's resolution is to share information based
on my 30 years of experience in the food service business to help others
with gluten intolerance and food allergies. I know that everyone who reads
this list has the spirit of sharing, so I would like to let everyone know
that I am restarting my work for gluten free college students.

The new blog site is on Wordpress and is viewable at this address
http://gfcollegestudent.wordpress.com
<http://gfcollegestudent.wordpress.com/> . I am adding posts daily as I
think of them and would really appreciate questions from students or parents
about the GF college lifestyle. Thanks in advance. The recipes and food tips
will probably interest people not in college as well. Please check it out
and add some comments.

I will also be re-launching a website just for gluten free college students
in the near future. I received many emails in August when I first started
this project and will address those first. (I moved from Minnesota to New
York State in August to help as a caregiver to a relative with a rare form
of Muscular Dystrophy.) I will post when the site is live.

Please share the blog address with others and send questions via
[log in to unmask] . I would appreciate hearing from anyone with a question
or concern.

Thanks again,

Joanne Bradley

Personal Note: Thanks to everyone who was patient with book delivery in the
past year. It was a life changing year with extreme highs and lows. I am
deeply in gratitude to those who stuck by me and were patient. Thanks again.
