Hi,
I thought I'd pass along the name of a Mexican restaurant on I5 in Northern CA. We ate there twice during a recent trek from Oregon. It's called Taqueria Los Gordos, 5200 Churn Creek Road in Redding, CA. I explained my dietary limitations to the guy at the counter, and after reviewing all the ingredients and explaining cross contamination, he offered to have the cook prepare my food in a clean pan. He was extremely accommodating, and I told him that if I didn't get sick, I'll tell all my friends. So, I'm keeping my promise.
Marian
