When I was diagnosed for celiac disease my doctor put me on a presription
of folic acid, which I took for more than six months.

I have been off the folic acid for more than a year now.For the past
several months<not sure how many< I have been very energyless and always
tired despite a good appetite and plenty of nutrition.Perhaps it would be
time to see the doctor again.Maybe some folic acid would help.I kept
thinking it was just that I'm to busy and don't sleep enough but even
though getting more sleep now I don,t ever wake up feeling other than
tired.
Thanks for reminding me that there was other things beside eating gf that
the doctor had once presribed.
