Happy Birthday Phil. Actually you could do what I do for M&M. Have a
Birthday celebration on the 28th and the 1st.
If you believe there is not God, than just die. For without a God you can do
this.

Subject: Happy Birthday, Phil.
Hi Everyone,
Somewhere between Feb. 28 and March 1, our beloved moderator was born. It
was a special day, a leap year, so I'm sure he feels jipped to only get an
actual birthday every four years. I am sure this has grossely affected his
self-esteem and the rest of his character, and we must forgive him for this.
(smile, or laugh, or groan.
God bless Phil, and thanks for all you do. And yes, Happy Birthday.
Vinny
