I know I won't get everything in one antenna.

Well, based on what has been said here, and what I have learned over the
past few days since this discussion thread started, I should think the G5RV
you have should work on 160 through 10, especially since you have the
auto-tuner.
Remember, though, it's a compromise antenna, and will likely work better on
some bands than others.
