Quicken has an on line money management service which will
allow this. You can also do it with Quicken on your
computer, but the on-line version seems to be the wave of
the future, and it does work with screen readers. MS Money
in my experience is a waste of time, and not at all usable
with screen readers.

Subject: [VICUG-L] online billpay with Quicken and Microsoft
Money??

I am trying to find out if there are people out there who
use screen readers and are using Microsoft Money or Quicken
to pay their bills online. It is my understanding that with
these programs, you can actually pay your bills online in
one place (if it will work with your bank correctly), rather
than having to go to each creditor's website and pay at
their site (or call each creditor to pay by phone). Or, are
there any other suggestions for a way to pay your bills all
in one place? I tried out Money Talks, and you can import
data from your bank into the register, but you can't
actually pay bills through it online.
