The keystroke bringing up the context menu is shift+f10.

If I understand you correctly, you are not talking about a hot key as
such, but hitting a "ctrl+c" when on a file name.
Then, you can go into the folder of your vr stream and hit a "ctrl+v" and
paste the file in there.
These 2 commands, as you figured out, are general Windows commands and
will work almost anywhere within Windows.
Also, when on a file, you can see a more or less complete listing of
potential options by
using your context key +ctrl+f10) and arrowing through choices.
Once again, this context menu is generally available anywhere within
Windows giving you a quick listing of what you can do at a given time or
place.
