Hello:

I'm trying to help someone unblock a buddy's screen name that he
accidentally blocked in AOL Instant Messenger.  I know how to do this
from my AIM configuration which, when I have the buddy list up, has a
menu bar with "My AIM," "People" and "Help" on it when I press and
release the alt key.  His configuration, however, has "file," "edit" and
"view" on the menu bar.

Any ideas where I can direct him to go to unblock this buddy?
