John, Congrats on your weight loss, and all of the feel good affects that go along with
Paleo. Your wife will do well too, with you as her guide, and inspiration. Speaking of
that, Paula introduced me to Paleo 3 to 4 years ago. She is my inspiration. She has
helped me more than you can imagine. I have severe Arthritis. This WOE has made
a huge difference for me. I have the good fortune of knowing Paula personally. When
she noticed that I had difficulty rising from a chair, etc., etc., guess what she suggested?
She was there every step of the way. Because of her, I continue to enjoy a busy, active
lifestyle. THANKS Paula, and best wishes to you John. I'm happy that your wife is
joining this WOE.
Sincerely, Katie

Subject: Was Original Thin/Now Weight and Spouses
My husband is a carbohydrate, modern "food" addict. When he saw my success
he tried LC paleo for about 2 months. He felt great and lost a lot of
weight, but ultimately he could not overcome his lust for modern baked
goods. I have lupus, and I feel so rotten when I cheat that I rarely do so
anymore - the payoff is simply not worth it. Who knows how many modern
illnesses are really are really symptoms of the modern standard American
diet and not illnesses at all ..... Paula H.

On Behalf Of John D Willis
Thanks Paula. My wife is now starting on Paleo we are hoping for such
results for her. It is long story why we did not start at same time but she
is convinced now.
God Bless
