One thing you need to remember is that the main band only covers the ham
bands: HF, 6 meters, 2 meters, and 440 (plus 1.2 ghz if you have the X).
The sub band is only AM and FM for VHF and UHF with some gaps in the RX
starting with the aircraft band.
No extended RX on the main band, so no WX channel, and no HF or 6 meters on
the sub band.
