    Well, you do have to go on line and get the summary sheet for submitting 
your log to the contest web site, but the actual logging is all done for 
you.

Once you have your log, get it into a cabrillo file, get the contest entry 
summary sheet, and you should be ready to send in your results.

I am sure those of us on the list who will be doing the contest can help you 
through this process if you get stumped.
