What's funny, I seem to experience fewer symptoms when I bicycle (and really
breathing in the allergens) than if I'm inside most of the day and then go
outside.
That is exactly my experience with jogging. Go outside in the evening, jog
up a good sweat, shower, and sleep well all night. Don't jog and can't sleep
because of the allergy.
But the super-low-carb really did help a lot.
