Well height isn't bad, but really, a half wave above ground is what is 
suggested, and that isn't going to happen very likely, so I wouldn't waste 
a lot of time and energy worrying about a little extra height.  Should 
work just fine.  Also, it depends on where the actual rf or earth ground 
is at your qth, all kinds of variables.
