Hi
I like the half wave idea. My sister was able to work 20 miles to a 2
meter repeater using five watts and a half wave telescoping antenna on her
hand held. So, Why wouldn't the same principal hold true for HF?
Now, the big question. Does any one know where I can buy a quarter wave
coil for the bottom of my 75 meter mobile antenna? I just want to have a 3/8
stud on the bottom and a place to screw in a 3/8 style mobile antenna on the
top. I estimate this will give me a half wave on 75.

God bless,
Mark
