NFCA's next Gluten-Free Lifestyle Webinar, 'Gluten-Free in Schools' will
take place April 3rd at 1:30pm eastern. The 1 hour webinar will feature
presentations about helping students navigate their gluten-free lives
through the curriculum, literature, and gluten-free options in the
cafeteria. Panelists will talk about various ways to equip schools from
Pre-k through college, including the use of the 504 plan and an example of
