Sorry, Phil,
I won't vote for McCain because we disagree on too many issues. I'm
getting to the point where I need to stay true to my principles
instead of lending my name to a man that I will never trust. I have
similar problems with Huckabee. Just because the guy is an ordained
minister doesn't mean that I agree with him, and on many things, I
just don't. I know that I'm setting myself up to be mighty lonely,
but I've held my nose and voted for too many people for the sake of
party unity and I just can't do it any more. Besides, I've gotten
nowhere with my compromise and I'm tired of acting the
sucker. There's really no difference between McCain and Hilary,
though I must admit that if Obama is our next president, and that is
looking more likely every day, that slippery slope that Vinny
mentioned will become a drop off. We have done this to ourselves and
our children are paying the price.
Oh, come quickly please, Lord Jesus!
