I have received multiple responses to this question, unfortunately, when I
looked up ingredient lists online, I found that not every response was
actually paraben free. All of the responses are below.

Try Tom's of Maine products, we use a shampoo bar called J.R. Liggett's
shampoo....we purchase both at Whole Foods but I'm sure health food stores
sell them as well. Hopefully, manufacturers will change their formulas soon
to get rid of parabens in all products. Happy searching!

I use Avalon Organics for both shampoo and conditioner. I used to use a
mousse, until I saw all of the bad ingredients in them. I haven't found a
replacement but I find I really don't need it anymore. I haven't used
hairspray for a long time.
Avalon Organics is found at Whole Foods and perhaps other health food
stores. It is expensive--about $7-8 per 11 oz. I wait until their sales
and stock up. Do read the ingredients in them as there are different herbal
choices. I think one or two have gluten grains in them.

Try Lush.com -their products have ingredient lists and are based on natural
items.

Whole Foods has a shampoo called BWC (blue Label). I know it's paraben free,
not positive it's GF, but I don't see any ingredients that would indicate
that there's any gluten.

Shikai moisturizing shampoo, Shikai everyday shampoo, and Shikae everyday
conditioner. I love these products. At Vitamin Shoppe, if you have one in
your area. Can also order online at www.vitaminshoppe.com
