Hi,



My family and I will be going to Disney the middle of March.  I have a 16 yr. old with Celiac.  I understand that Disney is GF friendly.  We would like to 1 or 2 nice dinners during our stay, not really expensive.  My question is, does any one have any recommendation for a nice restaurant?  This will be our first vacation since my son was dx'd  almost 3 yrs. ago.  Any other info to make our trip a little easier would also be appreciated.  Will summarize.
