I usually just lurk here and pass on all the valuable info to the parents of
a neurologically impaired girl I have worked with who has Celiac disease in
addition to other problems.  She is also allergic to milk, eggs,corn and lots
of fruits.

I was reading my King Arthur Flour catalog and they listed the phone # for
Red Star Yeast who offer gluten -free recipes 1-800-4CELIAC.Also listed was
the address for The Gluten-Free Baker Newsletter, 361 Cherrywood
Dr.Fairborn,Ohio,45324-4012 which is published quarterly and includes
receipes.  King Arthur also has some gluten-free products.    Sue
