Too much arachindonic acid is supposed to inflame all allergic-type
conditions, including arthritis, asthma, and poss. atheroscelerosis, since
it now appears to be an autoimmune phenomena.
Omega-6 fatty acids and GLA are supposed to reduce the amount of AA which
you produce. Depending on your familial enzyme complement, I believe that
the results vary greatly between individuals.
