Have you looked at thyroiditis as a potential issue (or low cortisol - 
adrenal fatigue)?  Hormones can be within range (I disagree with the 
ranges to some extent) with over/under activity of the thyroid coming 
and going in waves.  I've read a lot of reports about thyroid caused 
weirdnesses using Synthroid (t4) only thyroid drugs and a few people 
with reactions to fillers.
