Actually, you don't eat 'only' meat. You eat the fat first, until you
are sated, then you eat the meat.
Carbohydrates are addictive. If you stay off of them for several weeks
you will no longer desire them. Having a little every now and then is
like a heroin addict saying "wow, it's been a week. I can reward myself
with a little bit now.".
