Better yet... get plenty of sun.  If you do, your body will make 
the Vitamin D you need, and make it where it needs and how it
can best use it.

As for Calcium, the problem is usually not the lack of it, but
the other things you eat that interfere with your body's ability
to utilize the Calcium it gets.  On a paleo diet this should be 
no problem.
