Philip > From what I understand, Rosedale promotes a low carb, low protein, high fat diet.
*Moderate* protein -- actually he often calls it "adequate" protein. Where the US RDA recommends 0.8 grams of protein per kg of ideal body weight per day, Rosedale's recommending 1.2 to 1.5 grams a day.
