Avoid any artificial sweetners. I satasfy my sweet tooth with
bananas, others use fat. One of the strange things about fat is that it
stops cravings for sweets.

There is a common myth that swimming after eating will kill you,
as will a high-protein diet. The actual negative effects o high protien
deits are caused by factors other than protien. In rats, the cause is
obviously that rats are toothy little herbavores. With humans, the two
factors are soy and salt. Soy does all kinds of nasty things to the body.
Salt, and nitrates, are responsible for the kidney damage believed to be
caused by protein. On NeaderThin avoid cured bacon, ham, and other
heavily processed meats. The best thing you can give yourself is FRESH
meat, untampered with by people who have to pander to the jaded tastes of
pople who consume over 100 lbs of suger a year. NeanderThin is a low
