Yes!

I'm not too sure why Meir posted this. I saw this, it was a program 
about "Sickness Benefit". If you are "disabled" you receive (among others) 
Disable Living Allowance (high/medium/low) intended to cover care need and a 
Mobility Allowance (high/mediunm/low) which (at the hiigh rat) covers the 
cost o lease a modiified car. If you can't work (because of disability) you 
get Severe Disablement Allowance (although I believe no new applicants are 
allowed on this).

In addition there are benefits which cover housing costs.

Sickness Benefit is intended for when people get sick, and they cannot worlk 
while they are sick. The program highlighted people abusing the system by 
staying on "sick" for very extended periods, and the Govt intention to get 
these back to work.
