Yeh, but this is a common problem on every single list I've been on in 14
years, unless, of course, you have an ogre for a list owner and moderator
and then running a mailing list becomes a pain in the butt for everybody.
I've been on this list since day one and this same topic of off topic
posting has come up dozens of times.  Yes, I'm making it worse but I have
also learned, things have a way of working themselves out without much help
from list cops.
