Part of what would help, is restraint on the part of the radio and tv 
broadcasters.  I don't know how to tell them this, but Snow in January in 
Milwaukee is NOT NEWS!  That's what it does here.  If it's not more than 8 
inches in a single snow fall, we really aren't interested.
Unless the actual temperature drops to minus twenty, we aren't really 
interested either.
It's winter guys.
