Howard,
Have you ever visited a Borders Bookstore?  They have racks holding
hundreds of magazines which are not available to blind people.  Do you
think someone should pay to provide every word to us?  Or would you pick
the content which appeals to the most people and therefore make good use
of limited resources.

I don't either, but I want the choice to skip them on my own.  It's a
form of sensorship for providers to decide what a blind person can and
can't see.
