Boy I wish I could answer your questions.  They are like the old WOKY, but 
the D.J.'s are a lot tamer.  Bob Collins of WGN fame worked there.  So did 
Ron Riley, Art Roberts, and Clark Webber.  They stream on the Internet, run 
5Kw day and 1 KW night.  No idea about the rating numbers.
