Hi Heather,

Butting in here. :-)

But "extensive involvement" in anything is probably not good for you, (eating, 
slimming, alcohol, politics, religion).

It is clear that video games are just one way of improving fine motor controls 
but there are many others. Regarding MMORG this video always makes me smile:-
