Lactose intolerant celiacs who no longer walk past the ice cream case might 
not know that there's a lactose free mainstream dairy (soy free) ice  cream 
now.  It's made by Breyers; it says "Lactose Free" on the front and it has only 
5 simple ingredients.  I tried it -- it's light and very good -- and had no 
reaction. I got it in my western Safeway.  Enjoy!  Mary B.
