The one sweet treat I miss most of all is mid-eastern Baklava (walnuts,
pistachios, honey, lemon, etc. in phyllo dough).  I've been looking at the
ingredients and think maybe I can make a mock one with chebe bread.  I'd
really appreciate your personal recipe if you've attempted this.  Comments
on mock phyllo dough would be appreciated too.  Thanks so much and Merry
