Hi – I am a new listing & need diet/weight loss advice
I am hashimoto hypo

I hav put on 6 Kg & need to lose it. On a low G I diet I stay stable. I walk
an hour a day. If I miss a couple of days exercise ( I have had back fusions
& can hav painful days ) or just 1 or 2 small ‘cheats’ over a few days like
a piece of fruit cake or ice cream or tiny bar of choc I will gain 2
kilos.Does that mean water & veges for life!!!???? Until a few months ago my
weight never budged up or down. This does not help the depression!
2ndly From archive letters hyper & hypo symptoms can be the same – I seem to
experience that.eg can panic attacks be a symptom of both
