I was just in my local health food store, and saw a mix behind the register that I'd never seen before called Quick-Bake Kids by Food-Tek (www.foodtek.com).  It's a cookie mix for use in kid's toy ovens, like the Easy Bake Oven.  I checked their website and they have brownie and cake mixes as well.  The owner of the store gave me the sample to take home and try.  I have not tried it yet, but with Christmas coming, I thought I'd pass on the info for any of you moms of celiac kids who are asking for an Easy Bake Oven!
