We'll be spending a few days with friends in Poughkeepsie, NY (mid-Hudson Valley) later this month.  I would be interested in places to eat GF 
comfortably - we're aware of Soul Dog, the CIA restaurants and the chains.  A moderately up-scale restaurant somewhere in the Rhinebeck to  
Fishkill area would be great.
